Paddle for the Bay Race

August 1st, 2009

There were about 25 solo racers in various craft, as well as 3, 6 man out riggers. I couldn’t hang around for the finish, but if I find the results I’ll post them here….

Trader Joe’s is open

May 13th, 2009

Trader Joe’s in Virginia Beach is now officially open as of May 8th. The store has been pretty crowded the past few days, but it is getting better. Now those of us on the South-side no longer have to make the trek to Newport News to shop.
